Do I have to be home when my home is being cleaned?

No. Our clients love this feature because they can give us a key, leave the key in a designated area or give us an access code to enter their space. They do not have to worry about wasting time to get to the home in the middle of the work day or babysitting cleaners. We take pride in the worry-free service and care we provide your home.

What if I need to reschedule a house cleaning?

We ask that you please call us at 404-496-4017 as soon as you’re aware of any changes that need to be made to your appointment. When we make an appointment for you we are guaranteeing this time to you. So no one else will be able to occupy this spot. As well as we ensure we have the proper staff to accommodate your slot. You may cancel/reschedule any appointments up to 48 hours before the cleaning at no charge. Between 24 -47 hours, you may cancel/reschedule any appointments with a 25% late cancellation fee applied to your account. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled under 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to the full cost of the appointment.
